HOW TO BOOK:

Need to schedule an appointment for your pet’s Domestic (not Hawaii or International, see note below) travel?

Just choose an appointment from the box at the right (1-2 pets; 3-4 pets; or 5-6 pets), then choose a date & time. The scheduler will walk you through the intake form, to gather your (& your pets’!) info. (Look for the “Select and Continue” box!)

Please have your pets’ rabies vaccination certificate handy, as you’ll be asked to scan that in (a screenshot from your phone will suffice) — See the Rabies Certificate link above, if you aren’t sure if you’ve got the right form at home.

Online booking cannot be used for Hawaii or International travel, without prior approval from one of our vets.

And, really, I’m sorry to be so shouty about this, but it becomes a huge mess whenever Hawaii or International certificates are done improperly and out of order.

Scheduling Tips/Questions:

  • Can’t get the Scheduler to complete your registration? Scroll back up & Look for the any little red stars by the questions, you may have missed a required field/question.

  • Airlines’ 10-day rule: Be sure to schedule your appointment within 10 days of your flight departure, or the airlines will demand you get another one (which means another exam with us [or elsewhere if we aren’t open that day!] & recheck exam fees)

  • Online booking closes 24 hours before appointment days

  • No appointment available on your desired date? Email us and we can add you to our waitlist in case of a cancellation!

  • Are you traveling with more than 4 pets (heaven help you!) but can’t find an appointment slot? Do not despair! Email us, and if your documents are in order, we may be able to squeeze you in! (Just like in a movie theater, people seem to like to spread out in scheduling their appointments, which leaves only “single” and “double” blocks, but we can probably find a way to make it work!)

Remember: The airlines require a travel certificate within TEN DAYS of flight.

We recommend you book as close to your departure date as possible in case of flight changes — Remember: If your certificate expires, you’ll need another (paid) exam & certificate before your pet/s can fly! (See our FAQ page, if questions!)
